Financial Controller (Athens/Milos)

Financial Controller position open at Imerys in Athens/Milos. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial controlling and reporting, budgeting, cost analysis and process control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
• +5 years of professional experience in financial controlling sector
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Knowledge of SAP, Magnitude and Google Sheets/Excel advanced skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to provide accurate, timely, and relevant data to support management decision-making
• Positive attitude and a commitment to ensure that business operations are in compliance with company policies and best practices
• Demonstrates strong attention to details, operational acumen, and a mindset for continuous improvement
• Employs a practical approach, driving simple, standardized, and efficient processes
• Able to make and recommend decisions quickly in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable working with targets
• Willing to travel for business purpose
