Job Description
Immersion Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager (PM) to serve as the primary point of contact for the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO). The role involves managing the TAC, fulfilling contract requirements, resolving issues, and implementing strategic improvements. The PM will collaborate with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and DTMO PM to oversee operations, and directly work with the government. The role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to deliver effective solutions to clients.
Requirements
- Manage day to day interactions with executive clients.
- Manage and deliver client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology, process, and creative business solutions.
- Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients.
- Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; lead aspects of the proposal development process; development of proposal pricing strategies.
- Manage risk, resolve escalated issues, and ensure timely communication with Government stakeholders.
