Job Description
Immersion Consulting is seeking a Helpdesk Manager for the Travel System Reservations, supporting the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) Travel Assistance Center (TAC). The role involves managing day-to-day support of commercial travel reservations, ensuring compliance with regulations and policy, and developing training materials. The Ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DTC reservation modules and the ability to drive change and compliance.
Requirements
- Manage day-to-day operations of the reservation support helpdesk.
- Ensure reservation processes align with the established Concept of Operations.
- Lead, train, and support analysts, particularly those providing support for DTS reservations and Travel Management Company (TMC) interfaces.
- Maintain expert knowledge of DTS reservation modules, Sabre, Worldspan GDS, GSA City Pair Program, and regulatory areas.
