Recruiter

Impact Property Solutions is seeking a driven Recruiter to join their Human Resources team. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across various positions, particularly hourly roles, mid-level salaried positions, and sales professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruiting strategies, workforce dynamics, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly warehouse and administrative positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Ensure accurate and timely candidate and process documentation within the ATS.
• Leverage industry knowledge to identify and attract candidates.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with company policies and employment laws.
• Support onboarding and pre-employment processes.
• Support HR projects and initiatives.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
