Job Description

The Jr Project Coordinator will provide essential support for facilities-related initiatives including MAC work orders, furniture installations, and vendor coordination.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in commercial project coordination, facilities management, or procurement
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Bluebeam, SAP, Ariba)
- Experience with vendor management and PO processing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with competing priorities
- Experience supporting MAC work, furniture installs, and small-scale construction or fit up
- Interest in growing into a Project Manager
