Project Manager

Requirements

• Managing the overall project schedule, including both construction and non-construction deliverables
• Close coordination with multiple stakeholders and vendor engagement
• Managing non-technical projects, such as office TI's, furniture configuration, and branding
• Bid process for projects over $100K & RFP process when applicable
• Forecasting and maintaining accurate budgets
• Vendor management, including prompt invoicing within a quarter
• Overseeing post-construction readiness, including Systems, office, and soft seating furniture installation
