Requirements
- Meet frequently with respective partner teams;
- Serve as a coach and consultant by providing HR guidance through all aspects of the employee life cycle (e.g., coaching, performance enablement, rewards and recognition, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Develop and implement various HR programs to support the HR team’s annual objectives.
- Understand business challenges and offer ideas to our HR strategy with a keen awareness of interdisciplinary impacts;
- Make suggestions to progress and refine initiatives.
- Partner to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with thorough, effective and objective investigations;
- Keeping key stakeholders informed;
- Make recommendations to SVP, HR and management for resolution.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance.
- Partners with internal/external counsel as needed or required.
- Serve as a resource to other HR & Recruiting team members on keys subjects critical to the HR & Recruiting team’s success.
- Serve as a guide and coach to other HR team members to develop and launch programs that drive cultural change, improve employee engagement, and drive operational effectiveness.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
- Communicates HR and employment law policies and interprets guidance for employees and managers.
