We are a management consulting firm looking for an experienced Partner (m/w/d) to join our S/4HANA team. The ideal candidate will have a diploma/master's degree, experience with S/4HANA, and a strong network in the SAP environment and the consultant side.

Requirements

• Diploma/master's degree in business administration, economics, and/or engineering
• Expertise in S/4HANA
• Several years of consulting experience with complex transformation projects
• Excellent analytical skills and process/project management skills
• Strong business development skills and ability to recognize and utilize market potential
• Strong network on the market and SAP and consultant side
• Ability to communicate in German and English
• Authenticity and ability to build trusting relationships
• True people leadership skills and ability to coach and develop a team
