Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Associate to join our finance team. You will be responsible for the full-cycle processing of invoices, ensuring all vendors are paid accurately and on time while maintaining meticulous financial records.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable roles.
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with accounting software (e.g., Workday, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or SAP).
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred.
