Accounts Payable Associate

MedVet is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to process accounts payable transactions, identify opportunities for process improvement, and collaborate with internal and external teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
• Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business (a plus)
• Experience in healthcare and/or veterinary industry (preferred, not required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Thorough knowledge of Excel, including complex formulas
• Working knowledge of AP software such as Intacct or Coupa
• Experience with AP automation software, digital scanning, and electronic approval workflows
• Advanced data entry skills
