Job Description
Included Health is seeking a strategic Vice President, Corporate Development to lead inorganic growth initiatives. This role will involve identifying, evaluating, structuring, and executing transactions to align with company goals, building relationships within the healthcare ecosystem, and driving strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess end-to-end corporate development experience and a proven ability to translate strategy into action.
Requirements
- Partner with the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership to co-author and execute the company’s inorganic growth strategy.
- Deeply intimate with the company’s strategy and defining success metrics to enable our mission through corporate development.
- Continuously assess and report on market trends and emerging technologies to identify potential acquisition or partnership targets.
