Reporting Analyst

We are a technology-led healthcare solutions provider looking for a Reporting Analyst to create visualizations of digital KPIs and design reports and dashboards in Power BI. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharma commercial reporting & insights, proficiency in MS Excel and SQL, and basic understanding of pharma field commercial KPIs.

Requirements

• Experience in pharma commercial reporting & insights
• Create visualizations of digital KPIs that illustrate performance and highlight trends
• Experience in one or more BI technologies: Power BI is a must-have
• Medium proficiency in MS Excel and SQL
• Design, develop, enhance and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Gather requirements and work with stakeholders to analyze business needs around reporting
• Dedicated owner of data extracts to support all reporting deliverables
• Translate reporting business requirements into functional requirements for data extracts
• Work with the leads to iteratively enhance and improve reports.
• Participate in visual design and implementation of reporting suite look and feel
• Basic understanding of pharma field commercial KPIs is required
• Should have some business reporting/analytics experience / mindset and domain expertise
• Experience in handling large data sets and building custom reports
• Develop custom intuitive, interactive and dynamic dashboards, enabling actionable insights and self-service analytics.
