Job Description
This Mobility Field Support Specialist role involves providing hands-on technical support for end-user hardware and software. The role requires a strong technical foundation and experience with workstation setup, repair, and troubleshooting. Support involves site surveys, configuration, installation, and maintenance. The role supports end-users remotely and in-person.
Requirements
- Proficient in installing, repairing, and troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals
- Skilled in configuring and maintaining Windows operating systems and security patches
- Knowledge of Active Directory, security policies, and user account management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
