Job Description
The IT Field Support Specialist is responsible for conducting site surveys, analyzing configurations, developing hardware specifications, and installing/troubleshooting equipment. This role involves working with various hardware and software components and maintaining communication with users.
Requirements
- Conduct site surveys and assess current site configuration.
- Develop hardware specifications.
- Install and configure computer workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software.
- Maintain fiber optic/Ethernet cables and telephone systems.
- Lift up to 50 pounds and drive a company vehicle.
