Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution
• Proven experience in strategic development and management of complex, large-budget, multi-site, multi-disciplinary projects
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to develop and present technical and marketing materials to key stakeholders and the general public
• Experience in grant writing, launching workforce development initiatives, and recruiting stakeholders is preferred
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred
