• Bachelor's degree
• Seven years of experience in a professional fundraising environment
• Successful track record of securing funding and leadership of successful advancement efforts
• Knowledge of the Indian River State College service district community and nonprofit sector
• Certification as a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE)
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer technology
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proven leadership/supervisory capabilities
