Requirements
- 5 to 7+ years of progressive HR or people leadership experience
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor
- Background in workforce architecture, role design, and succession planning
- Experience leading or supporting major transformations
- Familiarity with HR metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making
