Senior HR Generalist and Employee Relations

We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our team and help us transform our HR function into a modern, employee-centered, and high-performing engine. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for building operational excellence, shaping the employee experience, and driving forward the professionalization of HR operations at The River.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of progressive HR experience
• Experience in employee relations, HR operations, and compliance
• Working knowledge of FMLA, FERPA, ADA, Title IX, EEO, wage & hour, and other employment regulations
• Ability to resolve sensitive issues with fairness, confidentiality, and alignment to values
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday and/or ADP strongly preferred)
