Job Description
Indiana University Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager- Cardiology and IR to lead an interprofessional team in creating an environment where the team is empowered to achieve excellence in patient and organizational outcomes.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN)
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership is preferred
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
- Experience in cath lab or interventional radiology preferred
- Previous leadership experience preferred
