Clinical Operations Manager- NICU

Indiana University Health is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager- NICU to lead an interprofessional team and create an environment where team members are empowered to achieve excellence in patient and organizational outcomes. The role requires a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) or a Master of Nursing (MSN) degree, and an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.

Requirements

• Translate and achieve strategic priorities and outcomes, including quality and safety improvements, care affordability, great patient experiences, and great team member experiences.
• Provide strategic vision and operational planning for assigned unit.
• Lead an interprofessional team to create an environment where team members are empowered to achieve excellence in patient and organizational outcomes.
• Advocate and consistently embed evidenced-base practices and professional nursing standards.
• Provide oversight of unit that is operational and staffed 24 x 7, weekends, and holidays.
