Clinical Operations Manager- NICU

Indiana University Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager for the NICU to provide strategic vision and operational planning for the unit. The role will oversee the 60-bed unit and support the upcoming Progressive Care NICU. The ideal candidate will have experience in NICU or strong leadership background.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Nursing (BSN)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
