Job Description
Indiana University Health is a comprehensive health system with 16 hospitals, serving over 34,000 team members statewide. The LAB is seeking a part-time Medical Laboratory Technician to assist with laboratory testing on patient specimens, maintaining records and performing various tasks. The role requires Bachelor's degree in a related science and knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.
Requirements
- Provide information for the diagnosis and treatment.
- Assist with development and modification of procedures.
- Maintain quality control and perform routine maintenance.
- Maintaining records of performance and generating acceptable test results.
- Working knowledge of laboratory testing equipment and maintenance procedures.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety regulations and protocols.
