- Proven ability to attract and secure high-performing senior leaders and C-level executives
- Exceptional talent identification skills using innovative sourcing techniques and market research
- Expertise in understanding internal client needs and tailoring strategies to match
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience negotiating offers and contracts
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sourcing platforms, with a methodical approach to database management
- Up-to-date knowledge of global market trends and leadership landscapes
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ownership mindset, with a focus on building strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and candidates
