The IT Senior Application Analyst is a subject matter expert covering Human Resources business functions and is responsible for supporting the design, build and run phases for applications.
Requirements
- 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Information Technology
- Minimum 5 years application management across business processes and/or IT
- Experience of working closely with HR teams and processes
- Experience with key Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent, and Absence Management
- Minimum 3 years experience of coordinating outsourced application support providers
