Job Description
Indochino is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused In-House Tailor for their Murray, Utah location. The role involves alterations, garment management, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards, and providing expert opinion to customers. This position requires both in-store alterations and potential customer fittings and assisting with preventative maintenance.
Requirements
- Perform and complete alterations according to Indochino’s guidelines.
- Provide sound advice on the product, calculate lead times, and manage workflow.
- Maintain organization and accuracy in alterations.
- Maintain garment and equipment accuracy.
- Assist with customer fittings and educate customers.
- Resolve customer service issues and escalate unresolved situations.
