Corporate Lawyer

Indra is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join its UK & Ireland team, handling corporate and litigation matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Demonstrable experience across both corporate transactions and contentious matters
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong communicator with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
