Job Description
iwoca is recruiting a UK qualified lawyer to work across their UK business on commercial and regulatory matters. The role will support and advise new ventures, identify and implement process improvements, and instruct and manage external legal counsel.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer in the UK with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
- Knowledge in payments regulations (including the PSRs, EMRs and FCA Handbook)
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Smart, motivated, and humble individual with a growth mindset
