Job Description
Industrious is looking for a Member Experience Associate to create great days for members in their office. The ideal candidate is proactive, able to handle repetitive tasks, and has excellent communication skills. The role involves preparing the office, managing inventory, and assisting members with IT and wifi issues.
Requirements
- Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
- Capable of operating machines / appliances as necessary, including printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, kitchen utensils, etc.
- Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
- Ensure work areas are kept in a sanitary condition and all safety protocols are followed.
