The role focuses on driving high-quality traffic, scaling user growth, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and product integration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Gaming performance marketing and organic user acquisition for B2C software.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok advertising.
• Track record driving traffic and organic growth from Tier-1 geos (US, UK, Germany, France).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
• Experience with building and optimizing campaigns on a CPA/CPI model.
• Fluent English.
