We are seeking a Data-driven Performance Marketing/UA Manager (Gaming) to drive user acquisition and scale the growth of our innovative gaming software platform. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy across multiple channels, optimizing for key events, and collaborating with the product team to align marketing with product goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for gaming.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Gaming performance marketing and organic user acquisition for B2C software.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok advertising.
- Track record in driving traffic and organic growth from Tier-1 geos (US, UK, Germany, France).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
- Experience building and optimizing campaigns on a CPA/CPI model.
- Fluent English.
