Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to support our clients with a wide range of IT issues, including priority 1 issues, regular issues, and some escalated issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as an IT Service Desk Specialist, excellent command of English, and a degree in BS IT.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience as an IT Service Desk Specialist in an international company
- Excellent command in English for both Written and Verbal
- Has worked on IT concerns from hardware, software and some network related issues
- A graduate of BS IT
- Can work with less supervision
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule including weekends
