Service Support Analyst

Service Support Analyst role involves problem/resolution help desk ticketing systems, operating systems, computer and peripheral equipment, and training users on MS Office. Requires self-starting abilities and effective working relationships.

Requirements

• Experience with problem/resolution help desk ticketing systems
• Knowledge of operating systems (windows 7 and higher)
• Ability to communicate technical issues with both technical and non-technical clients
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and users
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Considerable knowledge of MS Office 2013/2016
• Knowledge of user account security
• Understanding of Active Directory, and network communication protocols
