Job Description
Infojini Consulting is a full service IT consulting firm looking for a Support Analyst in Raleigh, NC for a 5-month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience with problem/resolution help desk ticketing systems, knowledge of operating systems, and the ability to communicate technical issues with clients.
Requirements
- Experience with problem/resolution help desk ticketing systems
- Knowledge of operating systems (windows 7 and higher)
- Ability to communicate technical issues with both technical and non-technical clients
- The ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and diverse/varied function users
- Considerable knowledge of MS Office 2013/2016 and the ability to train users
- Knowledge of user account security
- Understanding of Active Directory and network communication protocols
