Job Description
Infosys Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Organizational Change Management Consultant to join its team working in the Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics (CRL) practice. The role involves proactively managing organizational transformation, leading change adoption, and providing support for clients through various activities like communications, engagement, training, and role mapping. This position offers a chance to work in a dynamic international environment and contribute to the success of large-scale projects.
Requirements
- Experience in delivering organizational change management on IT-enabled business transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, approaches and deliverables.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in English (C2 proficiency).
- Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
- Experience in one or more of these change management areas: Communication management; Business Readiness; Organizational Design; Benefits Realisation; and Training & Development
- Possess outstanding communication, presentation, client service and networking skills and experience in stakeholder engagement
- Strong business knowledge in one or more industry sectors
- Willingness to travel to client's based in the Netherlands and Europe.
