We are looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to boost their career and collaborate with expert colleagues to solve and deliver against clients' challenges. The role involves proactively managing transformation, change, and digital adoption for large-scale transformation programs.
Requirements
- Experience in delivering organisational change management on IT-enabled business transformation programmes
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, approaches, and deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency)
- Additional Language (including Dutch, Italian, Spanish, or French) is a requirement for this role
- Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
- Experience in one or more of these change management areas: Communication management; Business Readiness; Organizational Design; Benefits Realisation; and Training & Development
- Outstanding communication, presentation, client service, and networking skills and experience in stakeholder engagement
- Strong business knowledge in one or more industry sectors
- Ability to contribute to bid work, write proposals, and deliver client presentations
- Self-starter with experience of working at management level, ideally in the private sector
- Willingness to travel to client's based in the Netherlands and Europe
