Requirements

• Existing Change Management experience
• Knowledge and experience of common Change Management methods and approaches
• Communication talent and team player
• Language: German and English, additional languages are an advantage in our international working environment
• Practical experience in Change Management projects, ideally in large, multinational projects in a consulting context (e.g., management consulting, in-house consulting, etc.) with a focus on IT-driven change
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Agile working methods and approaches, Training and coaching experience, Practical experience in one or more industries, Experience in creating and presenting consulting offers, Independent work in a matrix team structure
