The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of IT program or project management experience, strong governance and risk management capabilities, and excellent customer interfacing skills. The role involves driving end-to-end manage services program, client relationship management, strategic growth, operational excellence, and innovation adoption across a portfolio of IT initiatives.
Requirements
- 15+ years of IT program or project management experience
- Strong experience with onsite-offshore models
- Proficiency in financial management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong governance and risk management capabilities
- Experience in RFP processes and digital transformation programs
- Excellent customer interfacing skills
