Principal Consultant

Infosys is seeking a dynamic, strategic and innovative Principal Consultant to facilitate the organization’s mission to grow and evolve Infosys’ Data and Analytics business unit.

Requirements

• Lead end‐to‐end MDM architecture for MDM implementation using Informatica IDMC MDM or Informatica’s on premise solutions
• Create high‐level design and technical architecture documents.
• Design data models, match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and hierarchies for domains such as Supplier, Customer, or Location.
• Manage delivery of MDM initiatives across multiple business domains.
• Drive architecture, design reviews, solutioning, and technical governance.
• Define standards for MDM data model design, entity structure, survivorship, and match logic.
• Drive integration architecture between MDM, IDQ, CRM, ERP, and downstream systems.
• Guide teams in configuring Hub, BES, IDD, APIs, and batch jobs.
• Review IDQ implementation strategies for profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and monitoring.
• Work with data stewards to enforce governance, security, and lineage.
• Ensure scalability and performance optimization across the MDM ecosystem.
• Evaluate new MDM features, cloud adoption, migration strategies, and modernization paths.
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
