Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Workday Functional Lead Consultant with extensive experience in Workday HCM modules to support different modules on both BAU and Project requirements.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of Information Technology experience
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Workday HCM domain
- Experience in Workday Functional Configuration across key HR Modules
- Experience in BP Configurations, Troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes
- Manage and run Workday Major release update feature analysis, testing and coordination with business for deployment
- Ability to identify Improvement opportunities for business and implement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
