The role involves optimizing sales processes, managing sales compensation, and ensuring accurate data capture and pipeline hygiene.
Requirements
- 2-3 years minimum experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot
- Experience with CPQ tools (DealHub preferred) or managing quote approvals
- Strong analytical skills, including manipulating large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets
- Problem Solver: ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
