- Bachelor's degree in (Management) Accounting & Control, Business IT, Accountancy or (Business) economics
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Affinity with IT and innovation
- Understanding and knowledge of the banking processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build relationships with your (international) stakeholders
