Job Description
We are looking for an experienced change expert with a pragmatic mindset that is able to quickly learn about the domain of the squad you will be working in. As a Business Analyst, you will be involved in complex front-to-end initiatives and act as single point of contact from Finance. You will analyse the processes, assess the impact and ensure that the business- and user requirements are covered in the change releases.
Requirements
- University (Master’s) degree in (Management) Accounting & Control, Business IT, Accountancy or (Business) economics
- More than five years experience within the financial industry
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Affinity with IT and innovation
- Understanding and knowledge of the banking processes
- Knowledge of (Product) Accounting concepts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build relationships with your (international) stakeholders
