Requirements
- Master's degree in analytics, mathematics, or econometrics
- At least 5 years of experience in analytics
- Proven experience with SQL (SAS and/or Python are a plus)
- Experience with visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Cognos, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting complex analyses
- Ability to transform data into insights and present them in a clear and understandable way
- Hands-on mentality; you learn quickly and apply new techniques with ease
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working effectively with data specialists, marketers, or risk colleagues
- Ability to actively seek feedback and give feedback comfortably
