As a Retention Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement and loyalty by developing strategies to retain and grow our user base and user value.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Retention, Product Marketing, CRM, or similar roles, with a track record of driving engagement and improving retention rates.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects from concept to execution.
- Collaborative, cross-functional thinker, comfortable working with product, marketing, and data teams.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, ensuring accuracy in execution and continuously optimizing performance.
- Strong understanding of user behavior, messaging strategies, and brand positioning to craft effective communication.
- Technically proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., Optimove) and comfortable working with data to inform decisions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
