Ingenio is seeking a Senior Manager of Organic Growth to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive organic growth strategy aligned with user acquisition KPIs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive SEO or organic growth experience and a proven track record of driving growth for international brands.
Requirements
- Develop, own, and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy aligned with user acquisition KPIs
- Identify and translate market opportunities into actionable growth initiatives
- Design and implement AI-based organic growth strategies, with a focus on GEO to optimize for AI-powered search engines
- Lead and grow a team of specialists in organic growth and marketing operations
- Deep understanding of user acquisition strategies and campaign optimization
- Oversee all technical aspects of SEO: audits, site architecture, indexation, and performance-based link acquisition
- Use advanced SEO tools to conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and diagnostics to improve search rankings
- Define and manage the production pipeline for content (images, videos, front-end), supporting both user acquisition and retention goals
- Ensure all creative assets are conversion-optimized through ongoing performance analysis
- Serve as the subject matter expert for organic growth, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Paid Marketing teams to drive unified growth strategies
