Opinion Stage is seeking a Growth Manager to lead organic growth initiatives and drive growth to the next level. The role involves planning and executing growth strategies, optimizing existing content, and driving traffic and visibility through various channels. This is a remote-first, data-driven team focused on customer value and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong writing skills and understanding of buyer psychology
• Expertise in all forms of SEO (onsite, offsite, content, technical)
• 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of organic traffic increase/improvements in rank
• Strategic and project management experience
• Analytical mindset and ability to digest big data
• Solid understanding of web analytics, algorithm changes, and the SEO ecosystem
• Deep understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Savvy with writing & SEO tools like Ahrefs, Frase, etc.
