Maintenance Technician

Ingerman is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, troubleshoot, and maintain properties, including grounds and buildings, while focusing on preventive maintenance. This role contributes to improving the quality of life for residents in the Willows at Westampton, 72-unit family community. The position requires response to emergencies and maintaining cleanliness and yard maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of two years of maintenance or construction experience
• One year of experience as a full-charge residential maintenance technician is preferred
• One year of introductory supervisory experience and above average motivation preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations is preferred
• EPA certification preferred
• HVAC certification preferred
• Must be able to work a flex schedule and be on-call for emergencies
