Job Description
Ingerman is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on property grounds and buildings. Responsibilities include routine upkeep, snow removal, janitorial tasks, and emergency response. The role focuses on improving property condition and maintaining a positive work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of two years of maintenance or construction experience
- One year of experience as a full-charge residential maintenance technician is preferred
- One year of introductory supervisory experience and above average motivation preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations is preferred
- EPA certification preferred
- HVAC certification preferred
- Must be able to work a flex schedule and be on-call for emergencies
