As a Solutions Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality solutions. You'll be responsible for managing pre-sales and post-sales technical support activities, assessing customer needs, and providing expertise in terms of IBM Software and solutions.
Requirements
- Manage pre-sale and post-sale technical support activities
- Build and maintain nationwide sales and technical relationships with IBM and Partner teams
- Provide enablement support to the IBM partner community
- Provide advice to business partner teams in terms of solution design and configuration
- Assist partners with tender responses for IBM-related technologies
- Assess how IBM products can meet customer needs and provide considered recommendations
- Design, size and quote IBM solutions to our partner ecosystem
- Maintain required IBM technical certifications
- Work with the wider Ingram Micro team to maximise IBM revenue opportunities
