Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in growth, strategy, operations, or business analytics
- Proven experience leading teams and developing talent across different geographies
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI platforms
- Ability to connect strategy with execution, from high-level vision to operational delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-team alignment skills
- High proactivity, sense of urgency, and focus on continuous improvement
